Zinc is a mineral. It’s called an ‘essential trace element’ because very small amounts of zinc are essential to human health. that people need to stay healthy. Nearly 100 different enzymes rely on zinc for their activity. Zinc is found in cells throughout the body. It helps the immune system fight off invading bacteria and viruses. The body also needs zinc to make proteins and DNA, the genetic material in all cells. During pregnancy a growing fetus needs zinc to grow and develop properly. Zinc also helps wounds heal and is important for proper senses of taste and smell.

I don't focus on diets. I do visit with each client to see what foods work and don't work for that client. There are food allergies and health issues that I also take into    consideration, when visiting with my clients about their meal planning. 

     I don't  focus on exercise..I do focus on movement. Our bodies were made to move. The term "Use it or lose it" is actually more true than most are aware. So yes, we must move.

     I believe in giving ourselves timeout.. which in this case is a good thing for us. Gives our minds time to quiet down and  for us to just BREATHE.

     Self reflection is  something I work with my clients on also. Are you taking care of you?  Do you have goals you're working on?
